We survey first and tell you plainly what can stay and what should go. ## Quotes and Pricing ### Why don't you publish prices? Because two restaurants rarely need the same thing. The number of lanes, screens and branches, and what's already installed, changes the price more than the hardware does. ### What does a quote include? Hardware, installation, any software subscriptions and support, itemised, in writing, before anything starts. ### How quickly will I hear back? Within one working day. We can work at night or between services and agree the schedule with you in advance. ### Do you train our staff? Yes. We train the crew on site when we hand over, and managers get a walk-through of any dashboards or apps. ### What happens if something breaks? You contact one team. We check what we can remotely and send an engineer if it needs a visit, under the terms of your maintenance contract. A maintenance contract covers the visits, the labour and anything the warranty doesn't. An outdoor menu board, a speaker and microphone at the order point, crew headsets, and a lane timer. Order checking at the bagging station is a common add-on. An AI box links the speaker post to a voice AI and works with your current headsets. The crew can take over any time. Card and phone payments through a terminal from your bank or payment provider, so mada and the usual cards and wallets work. There's also a kiosk with cash built in. TVs aren't built to run all day or be managed remotely. Commercial screens are rated for 16 or 24 hours a day. Arabic, English or both on the same screen. We build bilingual layouts so neither language gets squeezed, and right-to-left text is set properly, not mirrored by a template.
