## Drive-Thru Menu Board Questions

[All questions](https://www.botnizer.com/en/faq) Not here? [Ask us](https://www.botnizer.com/en/contact).

### How bright are the boards?

3,000 or 4,000 nits, depending on the screen. That's bright enough to read at noon in July.

### Will they cope with summer heat?

The screens are sealed to IP56 and the enclosure to IP55. We also look at which way the lane faces and where the afternoon sun hits, because that matters as much as the spec.

### Single, dual or triple: which do I need?

Most lanes use a dual board. A single suits a compact lane, or a pre-sell board before the order point. Triples are for big menus and busy lanes.

### Can the board show the guest their order?

Yes. Linked to your till, it shows each item as the crew enters it, so the guest can catch a mistake before paying.

### Can we show Arabic and English?

Yes. Arabic, English or both on the same screen. We build bilingual layouts so neither language gets squeezed, and right-to-left text is set properly, not mirrored by a template.

### Can prices update from our till?

Yes. Through our digital signage CMS, prices and sold-out items update on every board. Tell us which POS you run and we'll confirm.

### Do you install them?

Yes. We survey the lane, run power and data, fix the boards and the speaker post, and test everything before handover.

### How much do drive-thru menu boards cost?

We don't publish prices, because it depends on the number of screens, the lanes and the groundwork. Tell us how many lanes you have and we'll send a written quote.
