## Built to Keep Running

Each kiosk is built from modules: the screen, the computer, the payment terminal, the scanner and the printer. If one part fails, that part is swapped, not the whole kiosk.

- ### Swap, Don't Replace

Parts are designed to swap out in minutes.

- ### Watched Remotely

Hardware, devices and software are monitored over the network, with alerts when something needs attention.

- ### Factory-Built

Every kiosk is built and tested in the maker’s own factories, from first part to final test.

- ### Looked After Locally

Our team installs, maintains and repairs them in Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar and Kuwait.

## Every Way Your Guests Pay

![Self-order kiosk with a built-in cash recycler](https://www.botnizer.com/img/k-c27.webp)

- ### Card

Chip and contactless, on every model.

- ### Mobile

Phone and watch wallets, on every model.

- ### Cash

Built into our cash kiosk with a cash recycler, or added to other models with a cash unit.

## Your Brand, Your Menu

![A guest tapping an item on a self-order kiosk](https://www.botnizer.com/img/k-touch.webp)

- ### Finished in Your Colours

The kiosk body and the screens carry your brand.

- ### Menus You Control

Changes to items, prices and offers reach every kiosk over the network, for one branch or all of them.

- ### Smart Suggestions

The ordering software can use AI to suggest add-ons based on what's in the basket.

- ### Linked to Your Till

Orders go to your point-of-sale system and on to the kitchen.

## Pairs With Table Service

Guests order at the kiosk, take a numbered table tent and sit anywhere. Your crew sees where they're sitting and brings the food over.

## Kiosk Questions

[All questions](https://www.botnizer.com/en/faq) Not here? [Ask us](https://www.botnizer.com/en/contact).

### Which kiosk suits a small restaurant?

The compact kiosk. It has a 22-inch screen and can sit on a counter, hang on a wall or stand on the floor. If you want a bigger screen in a tight spot, the slim kiosk is only 115 mm deep.

### How many kiosks do I need?

It depends on your busiest hour, how many guests you'd like to move to self-ordering, and the floor space. Two is a sensible start for most restaurants. Add more when the kiosks themselves have a queue.

### Can the menu be in Arabic and English?

Yes. Bilingual menus are standard for our clients, with a language button on the first screen.

### Which payments do the kiosks take?

Card and phone payments on every model, through a terminal from your bank or payment provider, so mada and the usual cards and wallets work. The cash kiosk adds notes and coins with a built-in recycler.

### Will kiosks work with our point-of-sale system?

They connect to the major POS systems used in the region. Tell us which one you run and we'll confirm before you order, not after.

### What about e-invoicing?

The kiosk passes each order to your POS, and your POS issues the invoice as it does today. We check this with your POS provider during setup.

### Can a kiosk go outside?

The outdoor kiosk is a semi-outdoor model with a 400-nit screen, rated from -10°C to +50°C. It's meant for covered spots like a terrace or a walk-up window, so tell us where it'll stand.

### Who fixes a kiosk when it breaks?

We do. The kiosks are built from modules, so a faulty part is swapped rather than the whole unit, and they can be watched over the network under a maintenance contract.

### How much do kiosks cost?

We don't publish prices, because it depends on the model, how many you need, the payment options and the installation. Tell us about the restaurant and we'll send a written quote.

## Thinking About Kiosks?

Tell us your busiest hour and roughly how much floor you can spare.
