### What does a maintenance contract cover?

The systems you choose: drive-thru equipment, screens, kiosks, headsets, cameras and the network cabinet. We agree the list in writing before the contract starts, so there's no argument later about what's in it.

### What happens when something stops working?

You contact one team. We check what we can remotely, and send an engineer if it needs a visit. You don't have to work out which supplier to blame.

### Do you look after equipment you didn't install?

Sometimes. We inspect it first and tell you honestly whether it's worth covering, or whether it'll cost you more to keep alive than to replace.

### Can one contract cover all our branches?

Yes. One contract can cover every branch you choose, across countries, with one renewal date.

### Which countries do you support?

We work across Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar and Kuwait. Put your country on the enquiry form and it goes to the right person.

### How much does a contract cost?

We don't publish prices, because it depends on the systems, the number of branches and where they are. Tell us what you run and we'll put a contract together.
