DRIVE-THRU HEADSETS

Hear Every Order Clearly

If the crew can't hear the car, nothing else in the lane matters. Our headset system gives clear digital audio in one lane or four, on headsets light enough to wear all shift.

Supplied, installed and supported by our own team across Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar and Kuwait.

A compact AI box plugs into the speaker post and connects your headset system to AI order taking. It works with the headsets you already have, so you can run them today and switch on AI order taking later.

Headset Questions

All questions Not here? Ask us.

How many lanes can one system cover?

One to four lanes. Dual-lane systems can also run table service on the same headsets.

How many crew can be on it at once?

Each lane has an order taker. Any number of runners can listen in, and everyone can talk on the paging channel.

How long does a battery last?

A full shift, in normal use. Spare batteries charge in four hours in an eight-bay charger, so a fresh one is always ready at shift change.

How far does the signal reach?

About 50 metres from the base station, depending on the building. Up to two repeaters extend the range on bigger sites.

Can it work with AI order taking?

Yes. An AI box connects the speaker post to a voice AI and works with the headsets already in place, so the headsets stay.

Is the outdoor equipment weatherproof?

The speaker and microphone at the order point are rated IP64, which covers dust and splashing water.

Can it replace our current headsets without new cabling?

Usually. It runs over a network cable or the cable you already have. We survey the lane first and tell you what can stay.

How much does a headset system cost?

We don't publish prices, because it depends on your lanes, how many headsets you need and what's already installed. Tell us your lanes and crew size and we'll quote it.
