What's cloud video?
Your cameras record to the cloud instead of only to a box in the back office. You log in from anywhere and see every branch, live or recorded.
Can I keep my existing cameras?
Often, yes. The system works with a wide range of digital and analogue cameras. We check yours before we recommend anything new.
Can I search video instead of scrolling through it?
Yes. You type what you're looking for, like a white car at the window after 9pm, and AI search finds it across every camera and branch.
Where is the video stored, and for how long?
In the cloud, on a recorder at the site, or both. We set it up around your internet connection and how long you need to keep footage, and agree it before installation.
Is it only for security?
No. Operators use it to check till transactions, watch food handling in the kitchen, and see how busy a branch is before calling the manager.
Can I watch on my phone?
Yes. There's an app for iPhone and Android with live and recorded video from all your locations.
How much does cloud video cost?
We don't publish prices, because it depends on the number of cameras and branches and how long you keep footage. It's a monthly subscription, and you'll get the full figure in writing.
