ORDER ACCURACY

Catch the Wrong Bag Before the Window

A smart scale weighs each order at the bagging station and compares it with what it should weigh. Your crew gets an alert before a wrong bag reaches the window.

Supplied, installed and supported by our own team across Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar and Kuwait.

How the Check Works

  1. Bag the Order

The crew packs the order on the scale at the bagging station.

  2. Check the Weight

The scale compares the bag with what the order should weigh.

  3. Fix It Before the Window

If something is missing, the crew sees an alert and puts it right.

Order Accuracy Questions

All questions Not here? Ask us.

How does order checking work?

The bag goes on a scale at the bagging station. The system knows what the order should weigh from the till, and flags it if something's missing before it reaches the window.

Where does the scale go?

At the bagging station, where orders are packed just before the window.

Does it slow the crew down?

Not in practice. The bag is weighed where it's already sitting, and the check takes a moment.

Will it work with our point-of-sale system?

It needs order data from your till. Tell us which system you run and we'll confirm before you order.

How much does order checking cost?

We don't publish prices, because it depends on your lanes, your branches and what's already installed. We'll quote it with the rest of the lane if you're doing more than one thing.
